It all started at UWO, we lived in the same dorms, on the same floor, just two doors apart. At first, I noticed him from a distance something made him stand out. He was beautiful, and it wasn’t just his appearance—it was something about the way he carried himself.
I had been seeing him in the hall for a few days, right? It was one of those things where every time I passed by him, I felt this weird mix of nervous energy and excitement. Anyway, it was Friday, and I'd just spent the day hanging out with friends—definitely had a few drinks, you know, liquid courage. I was at his door, and I knocked. When he opened the door, I just blurted it out: “I think you’re beautiful.”
He probably thought I was a little out of my mind, and looking back, I might have been. But instead of brushing me off, we ended up becoming friends. The awkwardness wore off, and before long, we were spending all our time together, chatting about everything and nothing. What started as a random moment turned into something more real and lasting!
From that day on, we weren’t just two people living on the same floor. We became something more, and the rest, as they say, is history.
